In order to avoid such tragedies in the future, the main forces of Galactic : Earth Alliance, Tsentavrianskaya Republic, Minbarskaya Federation, Narn regime and the League of Non-Aligned Worlds start the project “Babylon” - the construction of a neutral space station for negotiations and diplomatic meetings.
